Fat Kitty Gardens was born in 2020 from a simple raised bed on a suburban lot, fueled by a passion for fresh, local produce and a love for sustainable gardening. What started as a small-scale project has blossomed into a vibrant 2600 square-foot market garden, thriving right in the heart of the Inver Grove Heights community.
At Fat Kitty Gardens, we believe in growing more than just food — we cultivate connections with our customers, our neighbors, and the earth. Our mission is to provide fresh, healthy, and responsibly grown plants and produce, all while maintaining a focus on sustainability and environmental stewardship.
